That is true, Susan, there are very few companies willing to venture into that kind of sponsorships, when most would prefer to build relationships or ties with other companies, and spend money in that direction. Still, I get a good number of requests each year from companies interested in my shows for their trade show events, or their special events, or team-building events, so there are still some that will spend the money for a pool theme. Perhaps somewhere along the line, there will be sponsors for players seeking pro event support, but most companies don't even think that way much anymore. Too bad. Good luck in your quest. Sorry for asking to remember things from way back. The odds are that Vegas was a good guess, I used to go there at least twice a year. Now it seems there is more to do out of the country than here, and I have also focused less on pool rooms and more on corporate events, trade shows, and international tours. However, that usually gives the U.S. billiard "world" the impression that I have quit the sport, since I am not making so many pool room and tournament appearances here in the U.S.
They usually don't bother to find out that I am busier promoting the sport in private shows, company parties, and those international appearances which just don't get noticed here in the USA. Just maybe there will be another time when I have a show here in the U.S. that you can be there, and come up and say hello, and remind me, like everyone, that they saw me 20-30 years ago. Heheheheh.

Not here all that much, since my appearances take me all over the place, but it has been good, sometimes exhausting. Projects this year include Hong Kong, India, Chile, Abu Dhabi, and some other locations. All those are still unfinished, much to do, but that is enought to keep me busy here. Where did you see me play several times?
