Once the initial meet and greet and all that sort of stuff is done JL is mingling with the crowd, signing autographs and the usual celebrity type stuff. With the JL event date set it was time to get to work with the setup and coordination of all that needed to happen leading to the big day. First order of business was to contact all the bar owners to let them know the show was on followed by calls & meets with the media. One of the local TV stations offered to cover the event and air it as a segment on an upcoming show during prime time. I've been meaning to write this story about Jeanette for a long time so with a cold one on the desk and a fresh pack of Kools we go back in time to the Fall of 1998. My darts and billiards business had progressed from humble beginnings in 1995 in a 600 sq ft strip mall space to 4000 sf ft in a new storefront in the Spring of 1998.
