Generation Pool

Well, I've been wanting to give this a try for a while so I finally broke down and PoolDawg is sponsoring a player. We wanted to find someone who's personality was a good match for us, so after much searching we found ourselves a player. Among the necessary attributes we were looking for were someone who was fun, liked to hang out with players and fans, carried the same slightly obnoxious but simultaneously endearing personality that we have here at the Dawg and of course someone who could hold their own with a drink or two. Oh, and this person had to be an up and coming pool player too.

So, it should come as a surprise to no one that we ultimately chose Debbie Schjodt. She's worked her way into the WPBA Top 20, she's a blast to hang out with and she fits the mold to a T. It doesn't hurt that she stands out in a crowd too.

So next time you're at a WPBA event or a Ladies Spirit tour stop, be sure to say hi to Debbie. Who knows, she might even have our beloved Frank the PoolDawg in tow.

Good work Dawg, guess that means I need to get off my carcass and find a player too. Someday, when we are rich and famous.

I saw Debbie last weekend in Lincoln City, Oregon. I didn't recognize her until she stood up because her hair is not blonde anymore. Of course, her height gave her away.

Bravo PoolDawg! Another pool player off the streets :)
I think the lady pros are a great investment as they are the best ambassadors of the game. They always carry themselves with class and always seem to do what's best for their sport, the WPBA and the fans. And dang, them girls can play too!

I hope to sponsor a player at some point down the road. Good Luck!

Hey Mike,
I think it's great that you sponsored Debbie, it seems like it will be a perfect fit for PoolDawg. It not only helps your company it also help support the game as well as individuals players.
